Tangerine Essential Oil
What you're getting: One 1 fl oz (30ml) amber glass bottle of 100% pure, undiluted citrus reticulata (tangerine) essential oil. No carrier oil, no additives, no synthetic fragrance. Cold pressed from tangerine rinds.
Scent profile: Sweet, bright, and gently citrusy — softer than orange, less tart than grapefruit, without lemon's sharpness. Tangerine is often described as the most approachable of the citrus oils — it's warm and a little sweet without tipping into candy territory. It blends easily with almost anything: florals, herbs, spice oils, other citrus.
How to use it: In an ultrasonic diffuser, 3–5 drops per 100ml. Tangerine blends well with lavender, cinnamon, and other citrus oils. In DIY cleaning recipes, it adds a gentle, sweet citrus note that works particularly well in bathroom and bedroom sprays. For topical use, dilute in a carrier oil first (1–2% dilution). Cold-pressed citrus oils can cause photosensitivity — avoid applying to skin before sun exposure.
