This Shipping Policy explains how Natural Flower Power LLC (“Natural Flower Power,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes and ships orders placed through our website.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Free U.S. Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders of $49 or more, automatically applied at checkout. No promo code is required.
Orders under $49 are subject to shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier and does not include transit time.
During high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or unexpected events, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
We ship orders using standard shipping services from major carriers. Transit times are estimates only and typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time status.
Risk of Loss
Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you once the shipment is transferred to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Natural Flower Power is not responsible for shipments delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at orders@naturalflowerpower.com.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Carrier investigations and claims can take time, and resolution timelines are determined by the carrier.
Shipping Promotions
From time to time, we may offer limited-time shipping promotions. Any such promotions are subject to their specific terms and conditions, which will control in the event of a conflict with this Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Shipping-related matters do not alter or expand our return and refund obligations. All returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, including our 90-Day Love-It Guarantee.
