Are your products actually effective, or just “gentle”?
They’re effective first. We design our formulas to clean properly, then make sure they’re designed for everyday use and gentle on skin. If they didn’t work, we wouldn’t sell them.
Who are these products best for?
People who want products that clean well, smell good, and don’t rely on harsh ingredients. Especially great if you’re sensitive to strong fragrances or want simpler formulations.
Are your products suitable for everyday use?
Yes. Our formulas are designed for regular, real-world use in kitchens, bathrooms, and on hands when used as directed. We focus on practical performance with thoughtfully selected ingredients, not extreme formulations.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are formulated, manufactured, and packaged in the USA by our family-owned business.
Ingredients & Safety
What does “plant-derived” actually mean?
It means the cleaning agents are made from renewable plant sources rather than petroleum. We avoid vague buzzwords and stick to ingredients with a clear purpose. Learn more on Our Story & Standards page.
Do you use synthetic fragrances or dyes?
No synthetic fragrances. No dyes. The scents come from essential oils only, or not at all in our Free & Clear products.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many customers tell us they switched to Natural Flower Power after struggling to find products that cleaned effectively without causing irritation for them. We focus on straightforward formulations and avoid synthetic fragrances, but individual skin responses vary, so we recommend patch testing before regular use.
Can your products be used in homes with kids and pets?
Our products are intended for normal household cleaning when used as directed. As with any cleaning product, they should be stored responsibly and kept out of reach of children and pets. They are not toys or food.

How strong are the scents?
Balanced. You’ll notice them while using the product, but they don’t linger aggressively or overpower your space.
Do you have fragrance-free options?
Yes. Our Free & Clear options contain no essential oils or added fragrance.
Why use essential oils instead of fragrance blends?
Essential oils provide a cleaner scent profile without mystery ingredients. You know what you’re smelling, and why it’s there.
Using the Products
Do I need to use more product to get good results?
No. Use the amount recommended. More product usually just means more rinsing, not better cleaning.
Can I dilute your products?
Some products can be diluted depending on the application, but they’re designed to work as sold. Dilution instructions are included where appropriate.
Will these products leave residue?
They rinse clean when used correctly. If you notice residue, it’s usually from using too much product or not rinsing thoroughly.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on location and carrier.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on qualifying orders. Free shipping thresholds are listed at the top of the site and are automatically applied at checkout.
What if I don’t like the product?
