Welcome to Natural Flower Power. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and related services (collectively, the “Services”) and any purchase you make through our online store. The terms “Natural Flower Power,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Natural Flower Power LLC.
By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Eligibility and Accounts
You represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live (or you are using the Services with appropriate consent). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for any purchases or account-related forms.
2) Products, Descriptions, and Information Hierarchy
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, including images, colors, and descriptions. However, display and appearance may vary by device, screen settings, and other factors.
Information hierarchy: If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity, the following sources control in the following order: (1) the on-product label (including ingredient listings and directions), (2) the product page ingredient list and directions, (3) our published policies (including our Refund Policy), and (4) general marketing copy, headlines, imagery, or slogans. Marketing and educational content is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace the label, directions, or ingredient disclosures.
3) Marketing Language and “No Reliance” Clarification
We may use descriptive terms on our website, labels, and marketing (for example: “plant-derived,” “bio-based,” “non-toxic,” “safe,” “clean,” “gentle,” “eco,” “natural,” “free of,” “non-synthetic,” “no harsh ingredients,” and similar statements). Unless explicitly stated as a specific, measurable claim, such statements are intended to be descriptive and used in a reasonable, common-sense manner in the context of household products.
No reliance on isolated wording: You agree that you are not relying on any single word, phrase, headline, badge, or marketing statement in isolation when deciding to purchase. You agree to evaluate products using the full context provided, including the information hierarchy above, and that any purchasing decision is based on the overall information provided through the Services and the product itself.
4) Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order in our sole discretion, including due to suspected fraud, errors, product availability, or other legitimate reasons. An order is not accepted until we confirm it and receive payment. Once an order is accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
In the event we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
5) Pricing, Promotions, and Billing
Prices and promotions may change at any time. The price charged is the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Posted prices generally do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
6) Shipping, Delivery, Title, and Risk of Loss
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is transferred to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.
7) 90-Day Love-It Guarantee, Returns, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and our 90-Day Love-It Guarantee are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy controls for returns/refunds matters.
8) Proper Use, Assumption of Risk, and Compatibility
Household products vary in performance depending on surfaces, materials, soils, and usage conditions. You agree to follow on-product directions and use products as intended. You are responsible for testing products on a small, inconspicuous area when appropriate and for confirming compatibility with your surfaces and intended uses.
Allergies and sensitivities: Individuals may respond differently to ingredients (including essential oils). You are responsible for reviewing ingredients and discontinuing use if irritation or adverse reactions occur.
9) Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with site operations, scraping, transmitting malware, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
10) Intellectual Property
The Services and all content on them (including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and software) are owned by Natural Flower Power or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
11) Third-Party Tools and Links
The Services may include third-party tools or links. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.
12) Feedback and User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback for any lawful purpose, including operating and improving the Services. You represent that you own or have rights to provide the Feedback and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
13) Errors, Inaccuracies, and Corrections
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order. If we make a material change that affects your order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
14) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all products offered through the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natural Flower Power and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or any product will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
16) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natural Flower Power and Shopify (and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents) from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
17) Dispute Resolution, Notice, and Opportunity to Cure
We want to resolve concerns efficiently and in good faith. Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to provide a written notice describing the issue and the relief you seek, and allow us 30 days to investigate and respond (“Notice and Cure Period”).

During the Notice and Cure Period, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally, including by phone or video meeting if requested by either party. If the dispute is not resolved after the Notice and Cure Period, either party may pursue a claim as permitted below.
18) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
19) Relationship with Shopify
Natural Flower Power is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Natural Flower Power. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Natural Flower Power, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Natural Flower Power.
20) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Changes are effective as of the date posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
21) Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
