No fragrance. No fuss. This is the formula for households where synthetic fragrances aren't welcome — whether that's because of fragrance sensitivities, young children, people sharing a soap dispenser who can't agree on a scent, or you just want a soap that cleans without announcing itself. No essential oils, no fragrance compounds, no dyes. Plant-derived cleansers, moisturizers, and nothing else that doesn't need to be there.
Why sulfate-free for daily use: Most conventional hand soaps rely on sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) or sodium laureth sulfate (SLES) to generate lather. They work — but they're aggressive. Wash your hands six or eight times a day, and you'll feel it. We built this formula around plant-derived cleansers that clean effectively without the cumulative dryness, and added aloe vera and vitamin E to keep things comfortable over the course of a day.
On "clean" without fragrance: We get asked why we don't add a masking fragrance to make the Free & Clear formula feel more "finished." Most brands do. We don't, because masking fragrances are still fragrances. If someone is using this because they're fragrance-sensitive, adding a neutral scent to cover the base defeats the purpose. What you're getting is the formula as it actually is — no additions to make it smell like anything.
Directions: Pump onto hands, lather with water, and rinse well. Wash for at least 20 seconds per CDC guidelines. For best results, use warm water.
